Power amplifier ICs developed on WJ’s highly reliable 28V InGaP HBT process operate over a wide frequency range to include all the key cellular frequencies. The +12V InGaP HBT (GaAs) power amplifier modules are ideal for the PHS/PAS and PCS/UMTS markets and include internal matching for 50 Ohm.
