AH212: Ideal Solution for High Gain PA Line-Ups

The AH212 is a high dynamic range two-stage driver amplifier which was introduced by WJ Communications in 2006. This 1W InGaP HBT amplifier provides high linearity performance in a small form factor, low-cost surface mount package. The high gain performance over a wide frequency range make AH212 suitable for various current and next generation wireless technologies such as GPRS, GSM, CDMA, W-CDMA, TD-SCDMA, and WiBro, where high linearity and high power are critical.
The AH212, InGaP/GaAs HBT is able to achieve superior performance for various narrowband-tuned application circuits with up to +46 dBm OIP3 and +30 dBm of compressed 1-dB power. The small form factor allows high level of integration resulting in 50% PCB space savings and 25% fewer tuning components, making it ideal for cellular base station and repeater designs.
