+12V InGaP HBT Power Amplifiers

The AP5xx 12V InGaP HBT power amplifiers are multi-stage PAs that provide high power gain and excellent linearity performance while maintaining a high level of efficiency. Housed in a flange mount package that is lead-free and RoHS compliant, the AP5xx products are ideally suited for the final stage in cellular repeaters or the pre-driver and driver stage in HPAs. These products are internally matched for 50 Ohm which enables designers to “plug and play” them into their designs with no RF tuning and minimal discrete passive components. The devices are suitable for applications in the 1700MHz, 1800MHz, 1900MHz and 2100MHz frequency bands. Features such as power down mode and active bias circuitry provide more benefits to systems that implement these multi-stage power amplifier modules.
