The ML485 converter is a high performance GaAs FET mixer with an integrated LO driver housed in an ultra-small RoHS-compliant package. This high dynamic range mixer is able to operate across a wide 1.6-3.2 GHz frequency range to achieve a high IIP3 while drawing extremely low current. The ML485 can be used as an upconverter or downconverter in a low-side or high-side LO configuration, making it ideal for use in 2.5G and 3G wireless infrastructure. The wide range of operation allows for use in WiMAX, WiBro, ISM, and fixed wireless applications.

The WJA1021 is a cascadable gain block that offers high linearity in a low-cost surface-mount package, and is suitable for current and next generation wireless infrastructure applications such as GSM, PCS, CDMA, W-CDMA, WiBro, WiMAX, Repeaters, BTS Transceivers, and RFID. The WJA1021 consists of Darlington pair amplifier using a high reliability InGaP/GaAs HBT process technology. This MMIC amplifier has been optimized internally to offer very high linearity performance at 1.9 GHz while drawing very low current.

WJA1001 - 02/12/08
WJA1001 is the latest addition to the WJA family of high High-Linearity and Low-Current InGaP/GaAs HBT Gain Block Amplifiers. The WJA1001 is a broadband amplifier and has been optimized internally to offer very high linearity performance at 1 GHz, while drawing very low current. The amplifier features high-cascadable gain with 19 dB gain at 900 MHz, a +20 dBm 1-dB compression point and +45 dBm OIP3 at 900MHz while drawing only 100mA of current with operation directly from a +5V supply voltage. The device is ideal for both current and next-generation wireless applications and is available in a low-cost, surface-mount lead-free / green / RoHS-compliant SOT-89 package.

The AP561/AP562 (power amplifiers), and AH314/AH315 (driver amplifiers) are InGaP HBT amplifiers suitable for WiMAX/WiBro applications. AP561/AP562 are +12V single-stage PAs that provide high power gain and excellent linearity performance, maintaining a high level of efficiency, while AH314/AH315 are +5V high dynamic range broadband driver amplifiers. These amplifiers incorporate proprietary bias circuitry to compensate for variations in linearity and current draw over temperature and do not require any negative bias voltage. These devices are housed in a RoHS-compliant/ Lead-free/Green QFN & DFN packages, surface mountable to allow for low manufacturing costs to the end user, offering a highly linear output.
