High Linearity InGaP HBT Driver Amplifiers

TriQuint-WJ’s high linearity InGaP HBT driver amplifiers are single stage devices that operate off a single supply. These products have high OIP3 and P1dB parameters to meet requirements for gain block or pre-driver stage in base station and other wireless infrastructure equipment designs.
